“I purchased these in Hawaii, reason for purchasing this brand was for the warranty. I have own them a little over a year with little use. The lenses are scratched and the emblem has fallen off the arm. I have reached out to the company twice now with no response.”

“Buyer beware, they don’t honor their warranty. I have been happy with the Shakas Hawaii company for years, and have bought multiple items. Recently, their customer service has become non existent. I placed a warranty claim on my frames that broke. Shakas Hawaii charged me the shipping fee for the claim and sent a confirmation. They ended up never shipping the frames. I made numerous attempts to try and receive a reply from them over a month and a half period. Still no word from them, and no frames. Very disappointing.”

“The glasses are poor quality for the price you pay and the customer service is horrible. You can get better sunglasses at the sunglass hut at the same price with better customer service.”

“I waiting 3 months for my lenses to be mailed to me. Very little communication about status. I got tired of waiting and asked for my money back. I did get my money back”
