“The two wool hats from Sherpa are fantastic. Great quality and worth. Highly recommend! Only negative was the frustratingly slow order processing and shipping. I’m was over a week before the order departed the warehouse.”

“I HAVE YET TO receive the three beanies I ordered. I never received a tracking number for the order. I wrote an email to discover why over a week ago, and never received a response. I left a voice message for the USA customer service number and never received a call back. It has been 6 weeks since I placed the order and over a week since I reached out to search for my order. Rectify this. Get me my purchase”

“The standards of service continue to fall at Sherpa ! My order was picked twice, sent twice and was wrong twice ! And then they had run out of the actual item I had ordered ! Such a shame as I always tried to by hiking shirts etc and other items from these guys to support causes in Nepal, but the last few years have seen you plummet in regards your products and service ! now I’ll just support Nepal through other charities and organisations.”

“I love the Sherpa products. The quality is great and the company ethics are inline with my beliefs of supporting cultures and communities. I recently bought two of the same hats.They fit very differently. One is comfortable while the other is very tight. I wish the products were more consistent. Sorry to say I can only buy hats and accessories since the company does not make any products in a 3xl.”

“I ordered the fleece lined pants, and when they arrived they were way too short and baggy. I did a proper return and paid FedEx to send them back early November. I have never gotten a refund or heard from them. I first sent an email, then a phone message. Now out the cost of the pants and the return. I would never buy from them again. Waste of money, and frustrating.”
