“I ordered 2 sinks and a tap with a cost of nearly £500. I checked the items when I received them to make sure I had no dents etc and all appeared well. One of the sinks has a glass sliding lid which was all intact so I checked no further. My kitchen was fitted this weekend just outside of the 30 day returns policy by 5 days which I had no idea about anyway. One of the glass covers had a small scratch but after contacting Ship it they state its outside their 30 day so tough luck. I wont recommend or shop with them again with my next project.”

“Ordered a cooker hood with a glass canopy. Arrived in time but canopy was smashed and lying in bottom of box Phoned ShipitAppliances and after sending a couple of digital photographs a replacement was shiped next day. Courier's issue so good turn around for 2nd delivery”

“Delivery of my new Hop was excellent. It arrived very quickly and the packaging was brilliant. The job itself is really nice but there was some paint on one of the knobs which I had a job to get off and the pan supports don't seem to have come out of the moods very well as they have defects in them but for the amount of money that I paid for the job, I suppose I couldn't expect perfection. I would definately buy from Ship it appliances again”

“SIA were really prompt and very helpful with this product. I recommend them. The cooker hood is really neat. The glass means that it isn't domineering in our modest kitchen diner. The LED shines right down onto the burners. The third fan setting is a bit noisy, but what you would expect from the top setting. It was straight forward to put together and fit. We're really pleased with it.”

“Sink and tap are lovely and compliment each other well. Service was great, we ordered on a Wednesday night, contacted us the next morning to arrange for delivery on Friday, we were even given a pm delivery window and received a call one hour before delivery so we knew when to be home.”
