“Ordered intergrated freezer which arrived earlier than expected. Plugged in and away it went with no issues. At this price it's a steal. So far far so good.”

“Very efficient and products are good, however changed delivery date and never told me, wasted a days holiday, made excuses too which was poor. If that didn’t happen I’d say 10/10 for value and delivery”

“Bought a gas on glass hob - really good product, fast delivery, great price, but, due to complex circumstances, did not get to install it for 6 months. Only found the extended warranty info in the pack after it was installed, which had to be claimed within 30 days of purchase. Sent the application with an explanation butinitially refused to extend. More emails and eventually got a phone call from Holly who did extend the warranty from purchase date (sadly not installation date from which point things are likely to go wrong!). This one glitch is the only reason for docking a star. Simple solution - make the need to register clearer, not buries in the packaging!”

“Regrettably I had some problems with the appliance I ordered from Ship It. A wine cooler made an unacceptably loud noise but Ship It replaced it without quibble. However, the next one failed to work at all; these are of course issues for the manufacturer rather than the supplier. Ultimately Ship It arranged collection and has agreed a refund for the goods, again with no argument at all. I can therefore commend Ship It for their customer service”

“Although the sink was of good quality the waste etc was useless we had the plumber back every day for a week and in the end we had to purchase new fitting of better quality .this was at extra cost to us and great expense for the plumber”
