“purchsed a cerramic sink unit looks very good on examination, not installed yet, good reviews prompted purchase, price very good, problem with first delivery attempt no problem with second attempt, ( delivery company fault ) not ship it appliances overall, so far very satisfied”

“I bought a cooker hood from Ship It Appliances. It is a lovely stylish unit but it developed a fault after 10 months. I have been very impressed with how they dealt with my enquiry about a repair and have very quickly replaced the unit under the warranty that came with it. No fuss, no drama, good dialogue, quick communication and very quick resolution. It wasn't an expensive unit, but they just provided a excellent benchmark of customer service. A lot of businesses could learn a lesson from them so I'm a very happy customer.”

“I made a couple of purchases from ship it Appliances, the items were delivered on time and were of very good quality. When one of the partsI ordered was delivered to me, it was actually faulty, I contacted ship it Appliances and they were very quick to respond and sent me out another item. I would certainly recommend Ship it Appliances to anyone and would definitely use the company again. Many Thanks”
