“A well deserved 5 star rating for this firm. I saw a kitchen sink on line but needed some extra information and clarification. I telephoned the company and spoke to a man in Sales called Dan who was obviously extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the product. He was also extremely efficient and advised that buying direct from the firm rather than going through an online third party, he could have the sink delivered the following day. It actually arrived at 8.30am the next morning which was less than 24 hrs later. The sink came in a robust cardboard box and was exactly as described and what I wanted. It is unusual to find such a satisfactory service these days so I thought it worth writing a longer review than most responders. If the Boss reads this I think you should give Dan a bonus.”

“I was rather sceptical about buying an unbranded cooker hood, but having spoken to SIA, they were extremely helpful. I duly ordered it and it arrived the next working day. Well packed an was very pleasantly surprised at the high quality. The instructions were clear and very easy. The cooker hood itself looks fabulous and simple to put up. Rather noisy especially at full speed, but acceptable. In all very happy with the product, SIA and delivery. Just hope it lasts a few years !”
