“Hi, the first purchase and delivery of an oven, hob and extractor set couldn't have been simpler, clear and concise descriptions on the website, excellent prices, quality product however, the second purchase of two Astracast sinks (bowl and a half with drainer, single bowl with drainer) was not so simple; Bowl and a half, all arrived complete with strainer basket wastes and trap sets, simple to fit, not great quality and now showing signs of rust spots in main bowl, we kept clean whilst on site but are wondering how long before customer notices if it comes back! Single bowl/drainer, in retrospect we now know that the website says that the waste/trap/overflow comes separately but didn't even think to check as we had originally asked on our telephone enquiry for complete sets, the taps arrived but no waste so, called, waste was being sent out for that sink, then the trouble started. The girls dealing with this issue couldn't have been more helpful (Maiga, Jess (we think)). First delivery, basket strainer, no overflow kit (bear in in mind that you cant just pop down to the plumbers merchants and pick one up, there is a set specific to THIS model of sink), plumber sent away, call out charges made. Second delivery (despite careful checking that the sink waste combination was for the single bowl sink you supplied), arrived and is a complete set for the bowl and a half, no use to man nor beast as all bowl and a halves come with a kit, except one maybe now, as we have the kit! Another days delay then finally the correct set arrives, hoorah! So, a bit more technical training for the girls maybe or, simpler, ONLY SUPPLY SINKS AND WASTE SETS AS COMPLETE KITS, after all, you wouldn't expect to go pick up your new car and find it up on jacks because you presumed it came with wheels on now would you. N.B. same sink and tap combo in B+Q for £60 inc vat collected, would have been far less hassle and cheaper too when you count the labour time we spent in addition to the clients fixed costings. “Very happy with quick delivery without carriage charge. The product (cooker hood) looks to be the best value around. I like the confidence that a 5 year parts warranty and 2 year labour warranty gives me. I have yet to install and use but it looks very good so far. I would recommend without problem. Thanks”

“ordered an extractor fan on Sarurday, arrived on Tuesday, wrong item received, but all put right by Saturday. need my sink by this Saturday, so have just ordered that too, and its Monday. Great service and realistic pricing.”
