“After receiving and installing my new cooker hood from Ship it Appliances , I found I had a minor problem. I contacted SIA by email and received a prompt response which unfortunately did not solve the problem. I emailed again and the following morning received a part delivered by carrier. The problem is now solved and I would certainly use SIA again and recommend them to anybody. Customer service counts!.”
