Terrible service and faulty product! Ordered a carbon extractor fan for the oven, and the product arrived with no plug. Our electrician attached a plug and when he plugged the product in, it tripped the whole house. When complaining to the company as this is a brand new product that hasn't even been used, we were asked what fuse did we put in the socket. When told a 5amp fuse we were told try a 3 amp fuse. This again has been done and we have now been told that the warranty is invalid as the product has been 'tampered with'. The product arrived with no plug so how are we meant to use it and see if it works!?! Absolutely ridiculous, thank you very much for taking our hard earned money for a faulty product which we can now do nothing with and you are claiming no responsibility or offering a solution to solve the problem. Awful experience, stay away!

Received a brand new faulty oven. Found it EXTREMELY difficult to get this company to resolve the issue. Basically refused to pick up their faulty oven for a refund Then offered a mechanic to fix it. Mechanic then cancelled for an unknown reason Has taken this company THREE WEEKS to solve the problem. I feel like I am being blamed for the ovens fault. Horrible customer service Woman named Lara - Extremely helpful then horribly unhelpful. Will not be purchasing anything if it states this companies name. Delivered by 3rd party, purchased through amazon then ruined by Sh** tip appliances.

Just bought a cooker hood SIS 60cm CG61 it does work only the light comes on when u press the fan buttons it cuts off all the current in the house. Don't let the warranty and labour trick you as it's a lie they send you faulty goods and say it's not there problem worst company worst product don't waste your money buying any of there products as they are faulty and company is a liar about the company labour & warranty DON'T BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY SHIP IT APPLIANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cooker hood motor stopped working after 18 months. But refused to honour the 5 year parts and 2 year labour warranty.

Paid £80 for a mini fridge which was used only for juice cartons and soft drinks for my two young daughters. After one year it stopped working, was overheating and a horrible, brown oily substance was leaking everywhere. The company refused to fix, replace or offer any solution. Terrible customer service and obviously poor quality products sold. Avoid.

Placed a kitchen sink order for delivery next day 09th October and still today 12th October no sign of sink . I actually dont have a working sink for 3 days now and as the sink hasn’t been delivered yet will probably not have sink installed for the weekend. I have young kids, babies, this has been an absolutely nightmare to our family. Maiga, who i reported the issue to, has been totally inneficient sorting out the problem, she just wont reply to any of my messages or call despite my explaining of the situation. I even suggested cancelling my order so i could get an emergency one from B&Q but Maiga wont reply. I have spent money on this, paid someone yesterday to wait for the sink that nevet arrived. The delivery company used by Ship IT Appliances, APC Overnight has the worst customer service and not sympathetic at all about the situation, I didn’t even get an apology from the two customer service members i spoke to, awful awful, worst online buying experience in my 42 years.

Changed delivery date did not turn up for second date gave false courier/ tracking code, VERY WORRIED ABOUT ALL THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS, DREADFUL COMPANY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Bought two cooker hood filters as annual replacements. Didn't try to fit them until after the 30-day return period. On opening (the sealed) packets, one of the filters was broken. Asked customer service to replace but they were not prepared to exercise discretion on 30-day return period (despite the other filter still being in its sealed packet). Instead, for the sake of about £20 they were happy to lose a repeat customer (I will need to replace the filters again next year and the year after that...). Good customer service/care? Decide for yourself but I know what I think and will go elsewhere for the next ones.

Cooker hood ordered 28th December. Delivery never arrived. Kept Chasing 7 days continuously. No communication,no text,no phone call,no respect for a customer. Cancelled my order and requested refund. Still after 1 month no refund given. Impossible to reach as they never pick up the phone. Still chasing for refund. I don't know after how long it will be safe to say that this Business is a THIEF but I am definitely feeling like it. Absolutely shocking and I am definitely not the one feeling or experience this horrible torture.

Ordered three items from them for a new kitchen installation. 150cm wine cooler arrived faulty, light would,nt work and it did,nt cool. As the job had to be finished for Christmas they informed me to return the faulty item for inspection and purchase a new cooler. They then sent me a video of the cooler apparently working ( how do I know it was my cooler.) and refuse to offer a refund. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Will never use this company again

The chest freezer was delivered damaged 1 week after I bought it. I asked for a replacement and the next day they said they were out of stock.

You emailed me a day before but the cut of time was 6pm and I did not get home till seven which was to late to stop it coming then you emailed me a time of 1220 to 1420 so I had to get some one to wait in for it and then it did not turn up till 420 pm and my friend had lost her day so we were not happy

The first cooker hood that I ordered went wrong when the motor stopped working in less than a year, but with a 5 year guarantee on parts and a 2 years guarantee on labour,I called customer services and requested that one of their engineers call and fix the poker hood. The reply was we do not employ our own engineers, but outsource the work, and the customer pays for the visit. I reminded the person who I was talking to that I had a guarantee on parts and labour. Instead I was sent another motor, this was installed and again stopped working after less than 12 months. Another telephone call to discuss my faulty product, I requested the an engineer call to rectify the problem. The same reply we do not employ engineers but outsource the work and you have to pay for a call out charge, I reminded the person who I was talking g to that I was still in the guarantee period both for the appliance repair and free labour charge, in my opinion the seller is not abiding by what they promise. I was offered another motor, I again requested an engineer to call as per the advert .Later I was offered a complete new cooker hood, this was delivered the next day. Why does this company offer free labour when they cannot provide engineers from within their own company. It is best to purchase a known brand from a company that can provide engineers during the guarantee period.

purchased a black plastic sink, which when arrived was twisted out of shape, kitchen fitter questioned if it would pull true once installed, and if didn't would then not be eligible for return as installation had been attempted, not willing to take the risk I returned the item in person and purchased a ceramic alternative at more than twice the original items purchase price, the ceramic sink weighed considerably more so being collected meant shipitappliances did not have to ship the item to me. upon receiving the refund for the original item ship it appliances have informed me that they have deducted £15 to cover the shipping cost of the original item, not what i would consider fair or reasonable seeing that I saved them having to ship the much heavier ceramic sink.

Complete nightmare from the day i ordered until the day my sink arrived i was told when i ordered i would recieve it the next day however 4 days later and it still wasnt here, I have sent an email to customer services and needless to say still i havent had a reply. The sink when it arrived was also cheap rubbish.

The cooker hood ordered was not sent but a cheaper type was sent without informing me that the one I wanted was not available. I rang to complain and was advised that the type I wanted was not available in any size.It seems to me that perhaps this style of cooker hood has never or has not been available for some time. It is also disturbing that the unavailable cooker hood is still being advertised for sale. If I had not rung I would not have been given a 10% discount, but I did receive a cooker hood of A LESSER VALUE. I would have sent the whole thing back but I needed the item as a matter of urgency. This is a case of false advertising. Good customer service is keeping the customer informed of any problems and not trying to deceive them by taking their money for products that are not available and not even giving a refund of money for the difference without us having to ring up and fight my case.
