“Red flag Warning!!! Avoid this seller by all means!”

“I would definitely not recommend buying from this company. I’ve had a freezer delivered that was incredibly dented. My fridge also has a small dent in but after the hassle of replacing the freezer it wasn’t worth going through again. After plugging in the freezer I’ve found that The thermostat is incorrect and totally froze my whole freezer. The delivery was ridiculous and told me they tried to deliver when I was in the house (they definitely didn’t). Don’t expect to get any kind of warranty after the 30 period (or any kind of help) normally warranties for appliances are a lot longer than 30 days, due to issues that can occur later down the line. This is very disappointing and I will not be buying anything from this company again.”

“Waited in all day on the delivery date at 6.15pm they decided to message me to say it will arrive the next day. I can’t even cancel the Item so have to wait and see if it arrives.”

“This company company is froud and scams stay away from them I bought a cooker hood from them when I bought it item receive damages I message them they keep ignoring my message also I ask them to provide me a warranty receipt inside the packaging they failed to provide me receipt when I message them they also ignored the messages so I strongly recommend to avoid them they are 100% froud company.....fake advertising I also reported them to trading standards agency.......”

“Do not use this company!!! Sent back a extractor fan in perfect condition brand new and unopened. I was posted back in perfect condition and signed for at the other end but yet all of a sudden the item is damaged and no refund.. how convenient. Be prepared to not get your money back on in wanted items!!!!!”

“Scammer Ordered a splashback of amazon, never received tracking says it was out for delivery from a week ago next day delivery, contacted them around 8 times in the past week and had no response, avoid this company if you don't want to get scammed”

“Faulty oven fan stopped working 18 months in. Completely unwilling to accept any responsibility and warranty is void because they never sent any paperwork or anything that stated it had to be registered. Burnt insulation at the back NICEIC state this is not normal. SIA state it is completely normal. Don't waste your money purchase from a reputable company that actually honours warranties!!”

“Scammers, Bought this item cased me an electrical problems at home wire and plug get melted report to this scammer ship it as having-warranty on it but refused replacement they trap me with foolish warranty that doesn’t exist at all, Do not buy this item”

“Terrible service and faulty product! Ordered a carbon extractor fan for the oven, and the product arrived with no plug. Our electrician attached a plug and when he plugged the product in, it tripped the whole house. When complaining to the company as this is a brand new product that hasn't even been used, we were asked what fuse did we put in the socket. When told a 5amp fuse we were told try a 3 amp fuse. This again has been done and we have now been told that the warranty is invalid as the product has been 'tampered with'. The product arrived with no plug so how are we meant to use it and see if it works!?! Absolutely ridiculous, thank you very much for taking our hard earned money for a faulty product which we can now do nothing with and you are claiming no responsibility or offering a solution to solve the problem. Awful experience, stay away!”

“Received a brand new faulty oven. Found it EXTREMELY difficult to get this company to resolve the issue. Basically refused to pick up their faulty oven for a refund Then offered a mechanic to fix it. Mechanic then cancelled for an unknown reason Has taken this company THREE WEEKS to solve the problem. I feel like I am being blamed for the ovens fault. Horrible customer service Woman named Lara - Extremely helpful then horribly unhelpful. Will not be purchasing anything if it states this companies name. Delivered by 3rd party, purchased through amazon then ruined by Sh** tip appliances.”

“Just bought a cooker hood SIS 60cm CG61 it does work only the light comes on when u press the fan buttons it cuts off all the current in the house. Don't let the warranty and labour trick you as it's a lie they send you faulty goods and say it's not there problem worst company worst product don't waste your money buying any of there products as they are faulty and company is a liar about the company labour & warranty DON'T BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY SHIP IT APPLIANCES!!!!!!!!!!!!”
