“Our goods arrived very quickly, unfortunately the package was very damaged but lukckily the item was not. Very pleased with the service and will use you again.”

We can only but apologise for the outer packaging quality - We do repack every item before transit to protect the item as much as possible!

“I ordered a cooker hood at 7.15pm on a Friday evening, that was received on the Monday and also despatched. Arrived at about 10am on Tuesday. Fantastic service. Fantastic product. Brilliant. Thanks so much.”

“I looked all over for a black cooker hood at a reasonable price and found it at Ship it Appliances. Even more remarkable, I ordered it on the Sunday evening and it was delivered on the Tuesday morning!! Excellent customer service.”

“An estimated delivery date/time would be helpful. I was not at home when first delivery was attempted and as this was Friday I was unable to contact until Monday consequently did not receive goods until Tuesday. Leaving with a neighbour an option.”
