“I ordered from this company they took the money out of my account and then a day later emailed me asking for a copy of my drivers license & credit card front and back ! I’m sorry but you should never ask someone for that information! I told them to put my money back in my account and I’d shop somewhere else. Had to wait 3 days for my money to be returned! Got my shirts from another company they called me to be sure they could deliver at my address and that was all!! Don’t EVER give that kind of information to anyone this company is a joke! Save yourself time do business elsewhere!”
“i tried to order shirts for my business this was my first order. my order was placed on hold until i provided a copy of my credit card ,both sides and a copy of my id. funny the first time you do business with some one, i would never give someone a copy of my credit card and my id just to make an order. so now im out my money until 3 business days cant order from another company until i get my money back. horrible business practices i gave my time and energy to this company just to be spit on , and asked for information that could be a potential fraud. i highly recommend you find another company to do business with as this one has issues.”

Once again, I did not order these 8 ash colored shirts nor do I want them. You added them to an order I placed and you charged my pay pal account for them. I want the amount you charged me refunded ASAP. I checked the track number with UPS right now and (9 days have passed) UPS has not received these shirts from your warehouse.
Stop telling me you shipped them 9 days ago, and that I ordered these 8 shirts, I did not order 8 ash shirts and I want it undone and my money refunded ASAP.
Your system is screwed up and your dumping your problem on me.

I have emailed them so many times and all they say is that they are sorry and blame it on UPS. I am very dissatisfied. I will not order from here again.”

“if i could give them no stars i would. This company is literally a scam. I was harrassed by the customer service rep. all day about an order of 20 shirts, that they only sent 3 of... and they refuse to refund or send the rest of the shirts because they keep saying it was delivered. I tore the house apart, looked all over the yard, and begged for the order just be completed. They have no customer service number, and they refuse to transfer you over email to somebody who will actually help you. Not to mention the customer service people have zero reading comprehension skills and constantly repeat irrelevant information while also slipping backhanded comments in the emails as well. Literally for 3 hours i just begged for them to just correct their problem and they refused. After i accepted i was not getting what I ordered I asked for a refund, since they did not send my order, so they stopped replying. Please do not order from this site. They will literally take your money and not send your order, its a scam.”
“first order with this company. ordered 36 shirts, 6 are not only wrong size but also the wrong color. upon emailing my issue and having to wait for them to respond im replied to with a request for pics showing the wrong color and size. so i stop my business to do so, just for a few hrs later to get another request for a pic showing all 6 shirts. now its end of day and my order that was to be delivered monday will now not happen. they dont seem to be concerned with their customers , so i guess they think we're not concerned about ours. first time and last with this company. should have known when they dont have a phone number listed. lessoned learned. if i could give zero stars i would.”
“Bought some thick tees back in January. Being middle of winter I didn't open the package until March. Unfortunately, the product quality has horrible compared to what I had ordered from them previously. Given I was outside of their 30-day return window, I was out of luck. I asked for a refund or exchange/credit towards future purchase. Their "Issues Dept." replied no to both requests. Paid these people $100 and all I get back was a nameless email conversation from their "Issues Dept.". Whatever happened to "Customer Service". Never again.”

“I have been ordering from here for about 6 months now, they used to be very quick at shipping I would order and have my order in 2-3 days max..(even during covid). now it takes 2-3 weeks... hence the removal of 1 star. The last 2 orders everything was just slammed into 1 box no matter the color, material etc. The white shirts have been discolored or have various other things on them from packing etc. Things are literally being thrown in the boxes. All that aside, I love the color variety. The shirts are good quality and I will continue to order until I find a quicker alternative”
