“I discovered The Shoe Garden after a long and frustrating search for larger ladies’ shoes, and I’m so glad I did. Carol is absolutely wonderful—kind, caring, gracious, and incredibly accommodating in helping me find the perfect fit. If you can visit the store in person, do it! It’s a shopping experience you won’t want to miss. Carol always has a beautiful variety of styles, and you’re sure to find your perfect pair.”

“All my adult life I have not been able to purchase the shoes I liked in my size, 11, and now wearing orthotics, size 12. I have known about Shoe Garden for many years now, and I give thanks for Carol and CC and their mission, to provide gorgeous shoes starting at size 10. It is the most wonderful feeling walking in the Shoe Garden door knowing I could choose any shoe I see before me and be able to get them in my size. I feel acknowledged, seen, grateful and valued, and best of all I feel great having choice rocking fabulous shoes. Thank you Carol for what you do.”

“I was delighted to visit the Shoe Garden for the first time recently. With a long and narrow foot I have always found shoe shopping a trial. It is so depressing to walk into a shop and see so many lovely shoes and discover than none of them are in your size or suitable for your width. By contrast, my visit to the Shoe Garden was a breath of fresh air! So many beautiful shoes and all available in my size! It was so much fun trying on so many different options. And Carol was a delight to chat to while I did so - no pressure or hard selling - just a lovely lady who enjoys helping her customers find shoes they will love. I walked out with 2 pairs of perfectly fitting shoes and felt like I'd won the lottery! Thank you so much!”

“I popped in for some slides I saw online and they are perfect! Carol mentioned how she had a pair in a different colour, and that they were very comfortable, and I agree, they are certainly comfortable. I wear these to work and I love them! It’s honestly so easy shopping at The Shoe Garden - this is my go-to shoe shop.”

“The Shoe Garden was most helpful. I have a foot size that is difficult to fit but it was no trouble to them. My shoes fit well and are comfy to wear. They arrived very speedily.”

“I've shopped at The Shoe Garden a few times now & am never disappointed. This time I wasn't sure about the size as the brand was new to me & wanted to try the next size up & Carol kindly posted me the next size without me returning the first pair AND without charging me for the shoes or the postage even! How good (how uncommon!?!) is that in 2025? I returned the first pair & am soooo happy with the next size up. Being able to try both in my own home made all the difference!! Customer service is above & beyond & I can highly recommend this store. The shoe choice in large sizes is truly amazing. It's my go-to every time I need new shoes. It's 7 stars from me *******”

“It’s been wonderful to discover the Shoe Garden recently. I’ve treated myself to some lovely new slip on sandals, with having to give up things with heels with knee surgery scheduled. I’ve always had large size feet, and hated not being able to wear beautiful and current trend footwear. So it’s been so nice to feel good in lovely shoes and receive lots of compliments.”
