“Delight when I put on a pair of sparkly sneakers, clasped my hands to my face and said ooohhh they look like girl shoes. In the past I have always had to buy men's shoes in runners and only wished I could wear the pretty girl ones, lol! So, I will be back to buy more, and the shop and the owner are delightful, pleasant, helpful and you could lose hours in there. I am very happy thanks!”

“I have been shopping at The Shoe Garden for many years. My early days were via long distance/online, and after a move now it’s in person. I have had only stellar customer service experiences over the years. The deliveries were always very quick, and the one time I had to return a very pretty pair of green sandals (sadly too narrow for me), it was easy, quick and money was returned immediately. The shop itself is cute, has a lot of variety and the owner Carol has always been in residence when I have been there and has helped me. She has always been pleasant and knowledgeable and suggests various styles. For us long footed people, this shop is a godsend and makes shoe shopping a pleasure for probably the first time ever (if you have longer than average feet, you know how painful shopping for shoes usually is). Those of us in this club know how important this little shop of goodies is for us. Thank you Carol.”

“This is the only shop we can go to for my daughter who is a size 12 C fitting in shoes. I have been shopping here for 3 years and have loved the shop s as nd the variety of shoes available”

“This is the second time I've shopped at Shoe Garden and I'm always surprised at your sizes and of course the fantastic choices. I'm like your 73 year d client who got compliments on her sparkly sneakers. I bought a pair of leather tan shoes fory nephew's wedding last Friday and I got many compliments as in the past I have had to buy men's shoes which are not flattering at all and I do not trust on line with my shoe size between 43 and 44. Carol put you at ease the minute you walk in, she doesn't crowd you or is pushy in any way. It's like I can breathe and relax while shopping without feeling I have to hurry up and make a decision. It is the polar opposite. You feel like a friend when you enter the shoe Oasis. Thank you for making it a pleasure to shop for shoes. Your shop and you are cherished by I'm sure all who enter. Thank you. April”

“I just love shopping online or in person when in Brisbane at the Shoe Garden. For starters they sell shoes in my size (most shops don't). There is always a great selection of styles & colours to choose from, any questions I have are answered - Carol offers personal service & advice. She sends me a lovely note & some sweets as well & the shoes always come wrapped prettily. I've ordered shoes online to try & if they haven't been right she's been happy to refund without drama. What's not to love? Shoe shopping as it should be.”

“Stepping out of my comfort zone and into a pair of sparkly white sneakers at The Shoe Garden for an upcoming holiday was just the change I needed. Advice on how to keep my new sneakers looking like new is much appreciated. I love it that I can look at the online catalogue for whats available and narrow down my choices before my visit as it saves me time and legwork.”

“I received a lovely welcome on arrival. There were plenty of beautiful shoes to choose from. The interior was well set out. A bonus was the parking out the back. I left with two pairs of shoes and will be back as soon as I can. 🙂”

“What a fabulous find … having just moved from Sydney I had no idea there is such a store with such variety in Brisbane. For the very first time in my life ( I’m 74) on Saturday I was in the city and a lady said to me “ oh I love your shoes!” Can you imagine how I felt! My size 44 sparkly sneakers admired. Shoe Garden has a wonderful selection and the most helpful experienced customer service. Thank you Sam and Carole”

“What a beautiful business you have and how refreshing it is to be able to buy shoes that fit. I purchased a pair of shoes which were a little big ( which is a first ) and Carol has gone above and beyond to make sure that I received the correct size.. “What a wonderful discovery finding the Shoe Garden. All my life I have struggled to find shoes to fit large feet and have always settled for whatever I could find in the relevant size. What a joy to have beautiful shoes, stylish and in my size. I had a huge choice and ended up buying two pairs one for work and one for fun but will be back for more soon. Have come back to Toowoomba telling all and sundry about the shoe garden”
