"Having had online shopping experiences in the past, I had reasonable expectations. Unfortunately, my recent experience with Shona Joy's customer service was extraordinarily disappointing.\r\n\r\nI had several issues with an order I placed online. Notably, a dress with a hole in the back seam, another that didn't fit as per the presented size chart, and, incredibly, one dress that was entirely absent from my package.\r\n\r\nI've been emailing with a representative named Poppy since Monday, Nov 13, at 2:57 PM. Unfortunately, the ongoing back-and-forth has continued up to today (14\/12). What's baffling is the conclusion of these exchanges:\r\n\r\n\"Thank you for getting in touch. We are in the process of checking the weight of the parcel that left our warehouse against the weight of the parcel that Aus Post delivered. If the weights match, we will be closing the investigation. Kindest Regards, Poppy.\"\r\n\r\nLet it sink in - this is after my strenuous efforts of sending 10+ emails filled with photographs and multiple compliances to their requests over the span of a month.\r\n\r\nIt's frankly disheartening that the proposed solution narrows down to parcel weight comparison, leaving my tangible issues overlooked. I'm feeling rather dismissed, undervalued as a customer, and regretful about my choice of this company."

"Worst customer service ever. Bought 4 bridesmaid dresses. One arrived damaged. They had the audacity to say I\u2019d caused the damage due to the fact it would not have left their possession damaged. I advised them on day 10 and was told that they would not offer a refund. "This is truly the worst and most strange company i have dealt with. I purchased a dress $360 US Dollars, i come to find in their Australian website (which makes it the main one) that it was 360 AUD which would make it about $245 US. I emailed the company and their only response was that apparently thats how they do it. They charge the same price in different currencies. Which makes the same kind of dress, same horrendous quality, almost $120 more expensive if you buy international. Im not sure how legal this is but please be aware if you are buying outside of Australia or New Zealand as they will charge you double for clothes that are definitely not worth the price."

Considering I couldn't get the dress past my bust not sure how it's possible for me to have left any sort of mark. They also mentioned if I don't except the $30 charge they will send it back to me. I most certainly did not mark the dress. Get your microscope out to see the mark in the photos attached."
