“I ordered $300+ of clothes and my order took over a week to ship. I inquired about an update and they said they would provide me with one and never did. Took way too long to get the clothes you’d think they shipped from China.”

“The top I ordered has an uncomfortable terrycloth fabric on the inside vs the super comfy fabric on the outside. This was not described in the description on the top. The other top I order is too big and I followed your size chart. I would like to exchange the medium top for a small and return the sweatshirt.”

“I’m very upset with my order. I originally wanted a dress and only purchased a bracelet to get free shipping. After two weeks o had received no confirmation of shipping and had to contact mixology. By then the dress was out of stock. They sent me the bracelet in gold instead of silver. At this point I was so annoyed I didn’t even want to return the bracelet because I knew that would go wrong too.”

“The first picture of a hoodie was a leather jacket, so i ordered it thinking i was getting a leather jacket. i am now stuck with a hoodie with i don’t want. i would not recommend mixology”
