“I'm usually very happy with my purchases from Mixology, however I was upset with my recent order. All items in my order were 'final sale'. After submitting my order, the item I was most excited about was refunded. I presume because it was no longer available, but I wish the website did not list it as available. Another item I received was very different than how it appeared online. I wish I was able to at least get store credit for these items.”
“I am a regular shopper at Mixology and normally my shopping experience is excellent. However this last shopping spree was a complete let down. I placed an order and received a confirmation email for that order. 3 weeks went by and I hadn’t received any updates or any items that were purchased. I reached out and sent an email inquiry at which time I learned that most of the sale items I had ordered were no longer available. Shortly thereafter (the usual 2 day delivery time) I received the remainder of the items I had ordered. I was very disappointed. I should have received an email update or notification to my order when I placed my order. It should not have taken 3 weeks and I should not have been the one to reach out first.”
“Products are great, however, customer service was AWFUL. I placed and order and after 2 weeks, there was no shipping confirmation and I was unable to track the package. I sent customer service numerous emails and left many voice messages. It took a direct message on Instagram to get help! Unfortunately, by the time Mixology finally realized they forgot to send my order, lots of things I ordered had become sold out. This was frustrating because I ordered sets and now I do not have both pieces. I love the clothes I got but I would not order from here again after this experience. I got one “sorry!” email and nothing else. I would have expected more from such a big mess up.”
