“Bought 2 masks at the expensive price of 68 e for the two, before other similar masks were in the market at 18 e each, as I needed for a flight before lockdown. I have complained as one has split by the filter allowing droplets of a virus to enter my mouth . Unsatisfactory reply from Hyperstech saying I should send back before 30 days , how could I do this if it’s faulty after 40 days ! The mask is not fit for purpose especially as I was tipped off on price . Very dissatisfied with their safety attitude to the consumer, and an unfit for purpose mask .”
