“Absolutely cheaply made air cooling units brought 2 and both leaking
Got a refund back and refunded me much less then what I paid š”š¤¬
Please avoid no joke these units come from Hong Kong and easily gets damaged absolutely rubbish.
Can also put down the whole conversation with Customer service if anyone that really wants to look into these lot.”
“I ordered and paid in Euros although I live in the UK. I should have checked where this item was being shipped from before ordering because I mistakenly thought it would come from somewhere in Europe. I emailed to ask and got a ridiculous reply which didnāt answer my question ⦠āWe are sorry to inform you that due to some uncertain reason your order will stick in processing please let us know if you want us to ship your order.ā I wrote back and said they hadnāt answered my question. Got a reply stating that I was dealing with āa legitimate company and we sell our products all around the world from Hong Kongā. I told them that I was misled into buying, and that the tax and extra charges would cost about 25% on top of the original purchase price and I wasnāt prepared to pay it and I wanted my order cancelled.
I was then informed my order was in the system and I couldnāt cancel. I could refuse to accept it at the time of delivery and it would be returned for a refund (of the purchase price) upon receipt. In order to get it delivered I will have to pay tax. Rock and hard place comes to mind.
I noticed the name NOVADS since ordering (I canāt remember where). It turns out this is a marketing and advertising company based out of 7 RUE FRANCIS MARTIN, BORDEAUX, France.
I find that the seller information for the PayPal payment was DNG FZE ā www.techxdeal.com. Further checking reveals that this company uses many websites to dupe its customers.
As 87% of other reviewers who have posted bad reviews remarked ⦠that far from being the legitimate company they claim to be (see above), this is a deceptive and unethical company. My advice is donāt be tempted to buy for any reason. Thereās too much to go wrong and no redress without some cost being involved, or perhaps a total loss.
Iām going to contact PayPal to report this. I'm disgusted that they see fit to deal with the type of company that these tricksters appear to be, and like many of us in the UK make sure that any future purchases I make do not come from China or Hong Kong.”
“I cancelled my order 4 months ago, but with lots of manipulations of the customers service I didnāt receive any refund until now!
They provide me a code of the transaction which is absolutely fake, and donāt want to provide any proof for the transaction since I am sure has not done in any time.
This company is a freud, avoid it!!!!
I was stupid enough not to read reviews before I orders, but paying the price it will not happen again!!!
Iām still waiting for my refund!!!”
“Stay Away from this company. It's been over four months, never received product or a refund! Check all the comments on other review sites. They have taken thousand of customer's money. Stay away from the Scamming company!!”
“After ad saying one delivery time, they sucker you into oreing it and a much longet time is given. The only tracking they give you is that a third party picked it up. Nine days later (when I spoke to a USPS employee) the postal service still had not received my order. I contacted the company via help desk 2 times with no answer. The third time, still no help.
Last time I order from an independent company. No wonder so many people order from Amazon or Ebay.”
“Do not order from this company. I made the mistake of ordering one of their WiFi booster which I never received. Luckily I paid through PayPal and I think PayPal is going to honor their guarantee and refund my money.”
“This is what I've just e-mailed to them....
I have received the 3 phones I ordered today - well, actually NO, I havenāt. I ordered 3 UPhones and have received 3 ONE PHONEs instead. (Iāve only opened one but am assuming the others are the same.) These can be bought for half the price I paid for the UPhones so this is what is going to happen:
1. You are going to send me a postage paid return label for all 3 phones.
2. You are going to send me a full and immediate refund of every penny I paid.
3. I am going to start writing reviews now and will do so everyday until I receive the full refund.
4. If I donāt hear from you within 48 hours, Iām going to refer it immediately to my credit card company.
And I will update this review every day. I'm usually so careful online but this time didn't stop to read the reviews. How stupid!”
“I nearly became a victim of Hyperstech's unconscionable business practices and ethics. I was looking for a TACT-Watch which their website was advertising and selling for USD 89.00. I thought "hyperstech.com" was the genuine American "T1-Tact Watch" website agent as it appeared and behaved similarly to the American website. When I received the item, it was not what I originally purchased. They were advertising (using outdated pictures) a watch they no longer sell and today, are still doing it. Worse, their tact-watch is a fake replica of the genuine American T1-tact watch, lacking the T1 etched laser logo on the back, clock face and watch clasp. After three days of dealing with a Novads Customer Support team, I decided to involve my online Payment platform, Paypal. Over a few days, their support team kept returning senseless emails and every time a different member would sign off but all saying the same thing, like Ronda, Melinda, Elina or Alina...LOL. Thankfully, I received a full refund of USD$89.00 with Paypal's assistance and backing. Hyperstech has many "faces" but also trades online under "hyperztech.com". The domain "hyperstech.com" is registered in Panama but their web servers are in Texas, Dallas. Their domain name "hyperztech.com" is registered in Panama and their servers are in California, San Francisco. Their office is NOVADS OU and in Guang Dong Province, China 52300 EE. Moving forward, if you can use Paypal (it's safer), debit or credit, do so. Through them, you will be able to use their financial muscle to intervene and force dubious online merchants to comply and pay-up. Better still, avoid all of them if you can, including Hyperstech.”

“I ordered three (03, SUPPOSEDLY) 'N95' masks for my daughters who are travelling (home healthcare) RNs and were unable to obtain them thru their respective companies, and one (01) for my wife who was washing their clothes daily.
1st: It took over two (02) MONTHS to receive them.
2nd: Their customer service $UCK$!! After a month with no product, I started contacting their customer service to obtain status on my purchase. Right up until delivery, customer service kept referring me to a tracking website that was NOT being updated. Customer service kept telling me my order was enroute, when the tracking site they were referring me to said my order had not left CHINA!
3rd: NOVADS / HYPERSIS Tech appears to be a U.S. company when the only thing U.S. about them is a 'pass thru' to CHINA!
4th: The products, for which I paid $50 each, are EXTREMELY CHEAPLY MADE, and I'm sure that someone could make more than 40+ an hour! My daughters, when these didn't arrive, made their own and were SIGNIFICANTLY better. I got screwed BIG time!!
5th: Did I mention that their product and customer service $UCK!!
Buyer BEWARE!!”

“HyperSCAM. RUN donāt walk away from Hyperstech. They donāt even pretend to be legit. Why PayPal sullies its reputation with these cons is beyond me. I ordered an Oxybreath Pro N95 face mask in February and received a complete piece of junk in May. Photos show the mask delivered in no way is the mask ordered.”
“I ordered a hyperstech smart watch and it never arrived or shipped. I could only contact them by chat, always got one person "Dorra" who responded once and then not again even if I typed to "her" for 30 min. Seems like a one person scam site. Checking if credit card was charged for other things.”
“Horrible company.... I am going to put a review on every social media I can find. We ordered the black masks (2) costing more the $60.00. The masks came 3 months after ordering and is made of freaking styrofoam .... itās horrible. The ear strip broke right away. We requested $$ back .... I guess you know the answer to that.. Do not order anything from this place..”
“I bought an Wifi Booster and never received the item. I attempted to cancel the item immediately after I purchased it by contacting them and they said the order was already bring processed and couldn't be canceled. That was a lie. The order was not shipped, and after 3 weeks of me emailing them trying to get my money back they said it had shipped and sent me a tracking number. The tracking shows it made it to California, but has not moved from a facility since, and it has now been over 2 months. They took my money, and I never received the item. It is a total scam. And anytime you email them, they give you a new lie, which the next person contradicts with their own lie. DO NOT BUY FROM HYPERSTECH/NOVADS!”
“I purchased an item & then immediately recognized I bought the wrong one so I immediately contacted them for a refund before they processed it. They said they would get back to me in 7-10 days and itās been 3 weeks with no response. I contacted them a few more times with no response. Any company can refund you immediately thatās when I realized it was a scam. I will now have my bank try to get the refund for item not received. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Plenty of other legitimate ones out there.”
