I bought an Wifi Booster and never received the item. I attempted to cancel the item immediately after I purchased it by contacting them and they said the order was already bring processed and couldn't be canceled. That was a lie. The order was not shipped, and after 3 weeks of me emailing them trying to get my money back they said it had shipped and sent me a tracking number. The tracking shows it made it to California, but has not moved from a facility since, and it has now been over 2 months. They took my money, and I never received the item. It is a total scam. And anytime you email them, they give you a new lie, which the next person contradicts with their own lie. DO NOT BUY FROM HYPERSTECH/NOVADS!
