I purchased an item & then immediately recognized I bought the wrong one so I immediately contacted them for a refund before they processed it. They said they would get back to me in 7-10 days and it’s been 3 weeks with no response. I contacted them a few more times with no response. Any company can refund you immediately that’s when I realized it was a scam. I will now have my bank try to get the refund for item not received. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Plenty of other legitimate ones out there.
