“Hi, I did order 5 of their toothbrushes and after charging them one actually turns on. The 4 remaining Toothbrushes turn on maybe every 8th time if at all. It's just ridiculous and this company clearly has a major production problem. In addition with three adults in the home, the toothbrush does not reach the back of our teeth not even close! It's like they are made for children.
Also after eating some peanut butter the Toothbrush did not do any cleaning. None what so ever !!! And we have not even used them more than a couple of times I am sure we would find other problems in addition to the above.
My opinion? This is an inferior product if I have ever seen one. Now I will start to return the process to get a refund and I am guessing this will be a fight I intend to win.”

“I ordered three drones online from Hyperstech on 1 August 20, USD301 was drawn from my Master Card accordingly. As there was no feedback from them afterwards, I chased them by email for the delivery of drones to Hong Kong (my country) and was told due to Covid-19 pandemic, drones cannot be shipped to Hong Kong. Therefore, the amount of USD301 was refunded on 12 August 20. Yet, it's been a MONTH now, I still haven't received the refund. The transaction code given by them is fake, the bank staff said this number is meaningless. Today, I still see their advertisement selling drones to be shipped to Hong Kong. Obviously, Hyperstech is fraudsters, scammers, cheating customers globally!
STRANGE: I just read previous reviews on other websites, Hyperstech stated that they sell products from Hong Kong. If so, how come they cannot send drones to me? We are in the same place - HONG KONG!
They keep on fooling you by saying the amount was refunded, but the fact is you will never receive your money back!”

They make outrageous and inaccurate claims about the rubbish they sell, then fob off customers with a selection of pre-prepared emails when either the items fail to arrive or prove to be non-compliant with safety standards when they do. Then you are left with an infuriating battle to get your money back. Do NOT get involved with them. They also use the tag 'Applexa'.”
“Bought 3 Coolair units. 2 will not work and 1 did, but now doesn't. In addition they all leak and certainly do not cool a small room as claimed.
You struggle to feel any coolair coming out, even with your hand in front of the unit, which I was able to test whilst it worked.
Cheap plastic rubbish, which also had a power supply missing in one.
Customer service keep telling me to send a video of it leaking, when I have shown videos of the units not working!
AVOID and now looking at legal avenues.”
