Hi, I did order 5 of their toothbrushes and after charging them one actually turns on. The 4 remaining Toothbrushes turn on maybe every 8th time if at all. It's just ridiculous and this company clearly has a major production problem. In addition with three adults in the home, the toothbrush does not reach the back of our teeth not even close! It's like they are made for children. Also after eating some peanut butter the Toothbrush did not do any cleaning. None what so ever !!! And we have not even used them more than a couple of times I am sure we would find other problems in addition to the above. My opinion? This is an inferior product if I have ever seen one. Now I will start to return the process to get a refund and I am guessing this will be a fight I intend to win.
