Horrible!!! I ordered masks a month ago and they still have not shipped. They keep saying it will come, but it will take 25 days or say after it’s been shipped! They are very very dishonest and are capitalizing on the world crisis. That to me is so very sad. They basically said when it finally arrives refuse shipment and send back...I have never written a bad review but I wanted to help others; please DO NOT order form this company. “They advertise a smart watch that lists sleep monitoring, "live" heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen monitoring, and a host of other non-existent benefits. The heart rate monitor isn't live, you
have to press a button and wait 30 seconds to get a reading. This is not live, and is also not accurate. Be aware it does NOT GIVE YOU BLOOD PRESSURE OR BLOOD OXYGEN LEVELS. The watch is more like a childs toy than a smart watch, it is very poor quality and cheap looking.
I complained about the false claims regarding this item, and told them I wanted to return it. They agreed, so I returned it registered mail (at my cost) and was told that my refund was processed. 2 months later, I am still waiting for the money. They have all the lies and excuses under the sun. "Please wait a few more days, as sometimes refunds can take 30 days" or "Because of the payment system you used , this has delayed the refund process" or they give you a fraudulent code that they tell you to check with your bank. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAMMING THIEVES. They will not refund your money, no matter what they say.”

“Ordered and paid for 4 watches but only received 3. After a month of requesting 4th watch was told that they suspect that the mail service stole one and resealed the package and informed us that we would have to go after the "delivery service" that they used to try and get the 4th watch back and that they would not refund us for the 4th watch. “SCAM. Please avoid this company or you will be sorry. Search for them on other review sites. They have scammed thousands and thousands of people. They have flooded the internet with fake review videos and fake review sites. The products that the advertise are not what you will receive (if you receive anything, they ship for China so you will also be looking at customs charges which start the alarm bells ringing). You may have to wait a long time for your fake/faulty product to arrive and in the meantime they will send you fake tracking information.
When you ask for a refund they will not give it. They will keep on lying that they have already refunded you. I asked for a refund back in November 2019 and am still waiting. They claim that they refunded on 10/12/2019 and keep on claiming this.
Please do not fall for any of their scams, at best you will end up with a substandard product and at worst they steal your money.
If I could put impossible for time taken to get a refund I would. These people are nothing short of criminals.”

Placed order on the 16th Nov, it arrived 31/12. Appalling is the word that comes to mind. False advertising on all fronts. Ordered the phone in Australia, in AUD$, it was then charged to my card in USD$, I ended up paying $385, SCANDALOUS. I then receive a European plug, absolutely no literature with the phone, no headphones. I will be chasing a full refund from my bank. Send me the address so i can post it straight back to you.”
