“Like many others, been duped by this company.
Placed order on the 16th Nov, it arrived 31/12. Appalling is the word that comes to mind. False advertising on all fronts. Ordered the phone in Australia, in AUD$, it was then charged to my card in USD$, I ended up paying $385, SCANDALOUS. I then receive a European plug, absolutely no literature with the phone, no headphones. I will be chasing a full refund from my bank. Send me the address so i can post it straight back to you.”
“Do yourself a FAVOR and AVOID LOSING YOUR MONEY to THIS SCAM! Even if it is NOT A SCAM; then it provides the WORST SERVICE "EVER!"! Although the servicedesk is very eager and swift in answering the complaint emails I have send they want me to send the cheap Oukitel C16 phone back and promiss to send the money back. “Bought a BarXStop for training my dog.was directed to Australian site paid $73 Dollar. After waiting weeks for the product shock when I opened it. absolute cheap rubbish, seen the same thing on EBay for $6 to $9 dollars .”
“Took a month for the watch to arrive. First thing I noticed is It feels noticeable cheap and the display is so dim it’s barely visible. Press the button to “illuminate” it and it changes color but, ironically is even harder yet to see. The directions are of little help to figure out how to operate the watch. You’re forced to resort to trial and error. Unfortunately before the watch was even setup the buttons stopped working. If I pressed a button it would get stuck in the pressed position”
“Order a xone phone, still waiting for it, had to buy a phone local needed it asap going to contact paypal for a refund and try and contact Facebook to remove them, don't send it back to China my son lives there anything we have sent never reached them.”
“Received a watch with no instruction that did not work even after charging for 2 days. When contacting them was told that my 30 day warranty had expired. As I travelled for 6 weeks I did not take the watch with me as it wasn't working & I did not contact them within the 30 days.

“I ordered an xone phone. For which I paid 220euros including a case Only to receive a oukitel c15 valuation of under 70 euros and of dubious quality.... they have given me an Address in China to return it.
However An Address in Australia was given to some one else... they are willing to give 10% off if I keep the oukitel, whoopie. My young daughter has a better phone.
Hyperstech can not be trusted and payment services should be suspended worldwide. They are scamming people without a doubt.
This is not an isolated case or unfortunate mistake, but a deliberate scam........”
“This is a scam! Basically false advertising on Facebook. Pretty angry that I've paid double for what was supposed to be a super-duper phone, that is in fact a cheap phone made in China. Didn't even come with a statutory 12 month warranty certificate. Ah well. We live and learn I suppose.”
“Hi. I am sorry for all the customers who have been disappointed with their experience with Hyperstech - however my own experience has been unexpectedly good. I was discouraged after reading all the negative reviews and thought this vendor was fraud. Also, my order seem to take very long - and it was a surprise when my products (2 XOne phones) arrived a month later. And the phones are great, brand new, as described, very stylish and responsive, very good quality. But you need to be patient, deliveries are indeed very slow. And you will be required to pay customs before the postal services will hand over your parcel. Anyways, 5 stars!”
“These guys are criminals. They have advertised their T-Watches as super tough, water proof, and with features they just don’t have. Eg. I was specifically looking for a device to measure heart rate. Their site said it did it all. The watches have arrived and it turns out they have lied about the features. I have been scammed out of my money through deception. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
BTW these super tough watches were a joke. We bought 5 and opened 2. One had a faulty display and would only partially show the seconds counter, the other got wet and fogged up so we can’t actually tell if it is Working anymore.”
“Bought the Drone X Pro. Hyperstech advertised it as high quality. It isn't. It's a toy. You can buy the identical drone online for a third of the price. On top of this, the instruction manual was in mangled english - barely readable.
A complete rip-off. Keep away from this company.”
