Hi. I am sorry for all the customers who have been disappointed with their experience with Hyperstech - however my own experience has been unexpectedly good. I was discouraged after reading all the negative reviews and thought this vendor was fraud. Also, my order seem to take very long - and it was a surprise when my products (2 XOne phones) arrived a month later. And the phones are great, brand new, as described, very stylish and responsive, very good quality. But you need to be patient, deliveries are indeed very slow. And you will be required to pay customs before the postal services will hand over your parcel. Anyways, 5 stars!
