“Scott, I thought I was finally getting relief. Little cramps in feet and calves no problem compared to the huge leg ripping cramps I've been having. But last night, all night they kept coming back!"! not the big ones but below my knees. I took another pill at about 4:30am walking off the cramps all night. So miserable. I was taking one pill before bed. I'm also taking 800MG of Magnesium and. cramp defense in the AM. What do you suggest?”

Thanks for the feedback.! It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- we always suggest taking Mag R&R for 3-4 weeks consistently for best results. “I started with 1 capsule and it worked for one night. The next time I took 2 and it was up most of the night with leg and ankle cramps. Since then, I have to take 3 capsules to find relief and it seems to work.”

“The Collagen Synthesis has a neutral flavor; I simply added to my coffee. I had a noticeable decrease in joint discomfort and was able to easily get my workouts and hit my step goals daily. I'm boring my second shipment today, and adding vitamins and the book!”

“My Salt Wrap experience both the products and the customer support has been excellent. This is my fourth month using their products and reading their blogs and book and the entire experience has helped me understand more about what may improve my overall health and how to attain it. I use Joint Clinic, Gut Clinic, Adaptogen Greens & Mag R&R daily and I am very satisfied. Using Joint Clinic for my joint pain (specifically thumb, shoulder & ankle) I tried to taper down but found the full dose helped me the most so I am continuing with that. I have replaced the probiotics that I once used with Salt Wrap Gut Clinic and I am satisfied with the results. I’m a terrible sleeper and experience leg pain in the evenings (I work out 6 days a week and I’m 62 years old ) the Mag R&R has helped. To insure at least 5-6 hours of sleep I also supplement with: (3) Nature's Way Fatigued to Fantastic! Revitalizing Sleep Formula tablets, & additional Melatonin (10 mg) and a Unisom Sleep tablet all to get me to sleep. This is what is currently helping me get the rest I need. I’m excited to try the Protein Clinic - I have purchased both the Vanilla & Chocolate, and the Daytime Mag is on my next autoship. I’m waiting to finish up my open protein and will try Salt Wraps soon!! I must give a shout out to Customer Service , I always have questions and they are always there to help. I would highly recommend Salt Wrap for their quality products and excellent customer service. It’s a welcome change to really have good knowledge helpful people supporting the products. Scott Hogan even helped answer one of my questions- That was awesome! Great Company & Great Service!! Thank You !”

“So far so good. It did take a while, over a month before I felt any relief from leg cramps, however last week I forgot one night and I had my cramps again. I have not missed since and have had no cramps. And have slept mostly thru the night. Sometime when I wake up at 530 I have the feeling that they want to cramp but have not yet so fingers crossed.”

“I am using MAG 3D and find it very useful in relieving my lower back pain. The pain and soreness were mainly in my left hip area. Since using it the pain and discomfort is better. The only problem for me is the price; it is quite expensive for me, being an elderly woman.”

“It has definitely helped me with my nightly leg cramps. But, I would not recommend to anyone to just take the pills out and immediately take them. I have found two empty capsules so far in three weeks, not good!”

“It is confusing that I want a quality collagen product and this product is not cheap so I am trying it but as of yet I have gotten no feeling of relief to the knee pain”

“It didn’t work for me either. I haven’t been able to sleep. More over, my cramps are now continuing from night to mid morning. No, I don’t need a refund. I’m just saying that it doesn’t work.”

“Very satisfied. I take one pill after supper and I sleep well and no more restless leg during the night. So far 1 pill has worked,but good to know I can take up to 3. Would recommend it to anyone suffering from restless leg.”

“1st order was delayed thru USPS. I was pleased to hear to get a free order to replace the 1st order. That order was supposed to be 2 day delivery thru FEDEX. If I read correctly FEDEX transferred the order to USPS. NEEDLESS to say that order was not here in 4 days, let alone 3. I feel it is not my job to contact FEDEX if in fact there was a 2 day shipment. I suggest checking up on your shippers.”
