“I've been following the Build from Broken exercise protocol and taking collagen synthesis for a month. I was unaware of the research on tendon, ligament and cartilage treatment, supplementation and exercise requirements for growth and recovery. I'd have to say that after a month I feel much better. I'm 67, an exercise lover, and my joints feel a lot better. I'm sold on the exercise progrm and the supplements and plan on making them a lifelong thing.”

“Mag R&R has fixed my nighttime leg cramps. I would love to subscribe to SaltWrap, but I wish I could set up my subscription for two- or three-month shipments at one time. Then I could also save with free shipping by satisfying the $50 minimum purchase requirement, and SaltWrap would save time and costs with fewer shipments. Shipping charges with every order really add up for the online consumer!”

“It seems to have helped with my tendon and ligament issues but, it's hard to be sure if it was the product or me trying to nurse myself back from injury. It does mix well with most all liquids and is very hard to distinguish a taste. I would like to say its worth the money but, for over $50 a container that lasts a month, it's a little too pricey for no real discernable results.”

“I’ve had bad leg cramps mainly at night . I started taking the Mag R&R two weeks ago I have had none and get a better nights sleep. It works great .”

“First of all: I had RLS and muscle cramps that were cutting into my sleep time, and MagR&R effectively treated that nonsense. Secondly, if you have an issue w/ your order, delightful staff will contact you PROMPTLY--actual human people doing actual customer service. So retro! Love it! Products aren't cheap; but as I told my husband, who is trying to heal from a moto crash and wanted to buy some garbage suppliments at costco: Do you want to waste money on something that doesn't work, or spend more on something that does? Yeah...that's false economy, right? Buy the thing that works. They have money-back guarantees, which says something about the efficacy of their product.”

“Have been using Mag R & R for years and don't want to run out of it. It works well for me for my leg cramps at night and helps me to fall asleep gently and without that hangover feeling in the morning. I have already recommended this to many people over the years. “I’ve never had success with Melatonin. But I decided to give Mag R & R a chance. Unfortunately, it has not helped me get to sleep or stay asleep. Perhaps I need 4 pills? It did help somewhat with muscle cramping.”

“I have very painful night time cramping in my thighs and calves which I have taken slow mag for but lately my feet and toes have been getting real bad cramps to where I could barely flatten my feet out even with my full weight pushing down on my heels....until I started the Mag R&R. I sleep much better and have not had the foot cramps anymore.”

“Please stop sending me your product. I didn’t realize I was signing up for a subscription and never meant to do so. I just wanted to try your muscle cramping relief pills and they don’t help me at all so please take me off of your subscription list or I’ll have to stop payment on my credit card. Karen”

“HI, for me at 91 years young less than 20% change as I still get lower leg cramps and what I do is take 750 MG of magnesium to ease the cramping. I will stop taking MAG R&R for one month to judge if the cramping gets worse or stays about the same as today. IF, leg cramps increase during this trial period I will start the MAG R&R again and order more blts. Until next time, enjoy a safe and Blessed day. Richard”

“The MAG R&R Muscle Recovery is a fantastic product. I can safely say, I've only had one leg cramp in months. What a relief to not be woken up at night having to massage a cramp out. These also help me sleep better, just a nice mild relaxer that gently puts me to sleep shortly after I take two pills. I won't be with out the MAG R&R ever again and would highly recommend it to anyone having leg cramps.”
