“I ordered 2 lbs. heat transfer vinyl scrap. My poor rating is that both packages were the very exact same. I would have thought that the person pulling the order would have thought the order should have been different vinyl in each package. I don’t know about scrap vinyl or how it works but I’m sure you have an answer. Just would have been nice to have gotten more of a variety. I feel bad in writing but as an owner of a business also I would want to know how the customer feels. Hope this helps with future orders and maybe employee training. As far as delivery time, there was no specific time. The post delivered the package and it was rolled up (ha) in my mailbox, even though you placed “do not bend sticker on it”. “The vinyl is IMPOSSIBLE to weed & doesn't stick very well. The shipping is fast and the selection of colors is wide.”

“My order status changed to "shipped" on December 2, 2018 and by December 10, 2018 the tracking number still says that the label was created and not shipped. Have sent two messages asking about package with no response.”

“I have sat and watched in crafting groups people get your grab bags and always ALWAYS they were pretty much a variety of colors and types. I purchase one (first one) and all green. Very disappointed and will never purchase again.”

“The website promises if you purchase at least the pound of vinyl scrap, you’re guaranteed to get at least one duplicate. Not one sheet had a match. Each sheet was a different color. This order would’ve earned 4 stars otherwise. I would have been fine with half a pound if I knew I wasn’t going to receive any matching sheets.”

“I never got my item. I had to request a refund which I got in a timely manner but I was really disappointed that I never got the vinyl.”
