“Right now I can only rate the product at one as I have not used it yet. I am hoping that it performs well for me....if this can be updated, I will certainly update this review when I have used the puff vinyl...The company itself gets a 10 star rating....shipping is faster than Superman....lol”

“Not impressed at all. I don’t advise Canadians to purchase from this site. I thought I was paying in Canadian funds because I switched the Canadian site. Only to find out I have to pay 14.99 in shipping and then with conversion it added another $70 and now ups wants $40 just to deliver it”

“I called because the instructions on the product is wrong. The dull side is the carrier or transfer. The shiny side is the actual vinyl. If you follow instructions not only are you messing up your needle. Your messing up product ease see photo. When called and explained this I was told I would get a call from a manager didn't happen. Instead I got an email irrelevant to my issue.”

“Ordered a couple things from them some of my order was wrong. I had no clue what was what. So I sent everything back and they told me they were not going to reimburse me for the money I put out of pocket to ship them their stuff back. They said the order was correct when it wasn't. How do you get confused when a person acts for a blue sheet and they send you a white sheet. Then you ask them to take order off way before they shipped it to you. They said they did so but they still sent it to me.”

“I ordered this product and got an email stating my order was being processed. I waited a week for my shipping confirmation only for them to email me that I would not receive my order because of stocking issues. I was very disappointed with this company being the first time i’ve ordered. i needed this product in order to complete an orders for my brand. I had to end up looking for another place to buy puff vinyl. This is a shame, I had high hopes for this company because they vinyl looked pretty good in quality and in price however under these circumstances i did not get a chance to try out the product, therefore i have nothing good to say.”

“I made an order on Nov 24th and it is now Dec 4th. No update on my order since the day of my order, seems like they don’t care about their customers since it has been THIS long and I haven’t received ANY news or update. It even made me think I’m getting scammed! I want a FULL refund. I do not recommend this site AT ALL. All of this is such a waste of time. Don’t order from here EVER.”

“Overall, the vinyl is a good price. They do process and ship fast. However, they ship materials (I’ve only bought sheets) in polypropylene bags so vinyl comes bent at the corners or sometimes with a crease in the middle. I’ve ordered three times from them and didn’t have an issue until my most recent order. I ordered a color that apparently they don’t have in stock but have the color listed in their drop- down box. I contacted them by email as soon as I received my shipment. A woman by the name of Erin asked for a picture of what I received. I sent her a side by side picture of the correct vinyl that I received earlier in the month vs the one I just received-I heard nothing back. I sent a follow-up to her the next day. I was pretty much told that I was sent the correct vinyl and that they only offer Red not Ruby like I had bought. She said I could return it. I asked if they covered shipping to which she responded only if there was an error on their part. Believing that there was, in my final email to her I sent a snap shot of the Craftables website with the color Ruby listed in the drop-down box to show that was indeed that option and that is what i purchased, not red. I never received a response. I will not purchase from a company that cannot rectify their errors. The shipping to return the items should have been paid by them since this was their error. The experience left me disappointed-I will no longer purchase vinyl from them in the future and will take my business elsewhere.”

“Vary unsatisfied. My vinyl is ruined from packaging. 6 colours are not there. And the stuff I did receive is In rough shape. Tried contacting you guys and no one has gotten back to me yet. Hopefully my vinyl can be replaced. And shipping to Canada is over $30. Hopefully this can be resolved. Because If not Thats $200 down the drain. The colours from the paper leaked though on my vinyl. And the rest is crumpled and ripped.”

“The quality of the HTV I ordered was very poor. I have been using HTV for a while with other brands but when I saw this brand on Amazon I figured I would try it since the prices were great. Unfortunately all of the shirts I made (for gifts and my children) the vinyl all came off during the first wear. I never had this problem with the Cricut and Siser brand HTVs. I ordered over $50 worth and will not be able to use all the vinyl I ordered. I'm very dissapointed.”

“When placing my order, I choose the express shipping option(1-3days). I ordered the item Sunday night, expecting it to be here by Wednesday. I paid an extra $9.99 for this shipping and the item is still going to be late! Called customer service, the person I spoke to was very rude. I will never order from here again!”

“The picture made it look like you were going to get a variety of different colors of a lot more in a surprise bundle pack. Instead I got basic colors of 5”
