“My hose acquired a small hole in it. I communicated by email. The response was fast. My email was sent about the end of a business day and I received a response the next morning. I sent pictures and a new hose was sent. I received the hose within a few days. Very happy with their customer service and the way they stand behind their products. I use the aqua joe hose in my backyard and front yard. I love how easy they are to maneuver and store. I especially love how much lighter they are than a regular hose. Highly recommend their products.”
