“I had a warranty issue and the item was promptly replaced. I had to send a video of the old one being destroyed. Apparently cutting the cord and braking the plastic intake was not enough. I was told to use heavy equipment to destroy the mother. Ended up borrowing a sledge hammer from a neighbour. It was a little ridiculous.”

“I LOVE the Aqua Joe sprinklers. I have purchased two of them and they are best and easiest sprinkler I have ever used. And their customer service is AWESOME. I recently had an issue with one of my sprinklers. The customer service rep was fantastic. Offering a solution and rectifying the issue quickly and easily. Will ABSOLUTELY buy again.”

“I don't really get any positive responses. I have been waiting for months for this lawn mower replacement at which time I have been under warranty. No word as to what is going on. If I can't get another one then I want a refund.”
