Wow, your service is second to none! I sent an email the my power-washer was not working after taking it out of storage. They tried to troubleshoot. And when that didn't work, they immediately suggested they send me a new one free of charge and free shipping. They even paid for shipping of the defective item. And, since they didn't have an exact replacement, they sent me an upgraded one. This is just awesome service. They certainly stand by their products!

I was recently very upset when my 27 month old cordless lawnmower stopped working. After going through troubleshooting protocols to no avail, I called son Joe, and was reassured that I would receive a replacement. Not only did I receive a replacement within four days, but it was an upgraded model since the model I had previously purchased was no longer available. This was without cost to me! I have several snow, Joe products, and will continue to buy from them. I cannot say enough good about snow, Joe. They went above and beyond for me.

I was disappointed with the quality of the hoses because they were expensive and I expected them to last more than a season. I had 2 of these hoses and neither one of them worked well so I am out quite a bit of money. I appreciate Jonas Lavares (Contractor). He said he would replace the hose and he did replace one. The other one, since it wasn't replaced, I am using as sort of a soaker hose.
