Had a double charge and the service was awesome at waiting on me , but , even though my incorrect purchase was cancelled for me the charge was not canceled with PayPal account and I’m still working on it 10 days later . I’m very satisfied with my purchase though

I purchased 3 hoses and 2 of them were defective. I contacted Sun Joe and they sent me 2 new hoses in just a few days! It was a great experience working with them!

Unfortunately, my SunJoe power washer stopped working after a few days of heavy cleaning. When I called SunJoe we reviewed the steps to check whether it was truly damaged or not. Once it was determined that the motor was burnt out they submitted a warranty claim for me. I got the new power washer within 3 days. Thanks SunJoe for replacing the damaged unit.

I am pleased to say the replacement mower arrived yesterday afternoon. The mower was easy to put together and had some very interesting features. I mowed last night and I love the single-action lever for raising and lowering the blade/mower. Also, getting a mulching plug was a surprise. I will be using that in a few minutes. It cuts very well, the bag holds a lot more than before. Thanks to all the staff who helped me out, and thanks to coming up with a very good solution. SUNJOE has kept my business gor a lot longer.

I was happy I finally received my solar lights. I wasn't happy with the 4 times I called and was told to wait 36 to 48 hours for an email and none came with shipment details - it took so many calls. But in the end of this frustration I did receive my lights.

My Sun-Joe 100ft hose sprang a leak after about 2months of use. I called customer service on Sunday (Aug.13) regarding the problem. I received great support and very friendly service from Romel. The replacement hose is scheduled to arrive today (Aug.17). I will give customer support 5 stars, the hose 4 stars due to the leak.
