“I had a problem with my pressure washer not working after 1 year. I called customer service and they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and shipping out a new unit.”

“I was disappointed with the quality of the hoses because they were expensive and I expected them to last more than a season. I had 2 of these hoses and neither one of them worked well so I am out quite a bit of money. I appreciate Jonas Lavares (Contractor). He said he would replace the hose and he did replace one. The other one, since it wasn't replaced, I am using as sort of a soaker hose.”
