“Great customer support team. While not a desirable event, my hose broke the 2nd time since my initial purchase. Since it is within the warranty period, they gladly agreed to send me a replacement hose. They gave me tips to store and handle the hose that I will definitely follow more closely. I do not like to keep getting replacement hoses from them.”
