When ordering from Sun Joe they need to make sure that they know what company the customer is ordering from HSN are QVC because they didn't know which one.

I bought an AquaJoe hose a few months ago. Unfortunately the hose blew out after 6 weeks. I left an email for customer support and they contacted me within a day. They asked a few questions on use and storage of the hose, then quickly processed a replacement and sent it to me. So their customer support was great to work with! And BTW the hose has been nice to work with--much lighter than rubber hoses and much easier to coil up and store.

You should hire Americans! The girl who helped me is a sweetheart. She took excellent care of me. You should put brushless motors in your products and you won't be doing near as many warranties.
