“After 4 phone calls to return a pressure washer using UPS, I finally got a person who clearly stated the return procedure. Robotically I continued to receive UPS software to download, despite my protest. Finally, I got someone who stated simply return the item with the link and UPS will return to Sun Joe. That was true, after 3 hours of back and forth, I took the non-functionting item to UPS. Total time 20 minutes. I forget her name but I did send an email saying to promote that person. More training needed You may receivied the pressure washer unit by now. Please advise Anthony Alioto in California 415 382 6170”
