The person who helped me was incredible. She was friendly and patient. She listened to me and was able to help. I called trying to get help fixing my mower. I called a few places that wouldn’t help, so I thought the manufacturer might know places to go. I ended up getting my mower replaced, since it was under warranty. What I didn’t realize is the replacement mower lasts about 20 minutes on battery whereas the previous model I owned would last around an hour or more. I used to mow my entire lawn with two batteries, but now two batteries won’t mow even a quarter of my lawn. The replacement mower is basically useless and I’ll need to buy a new mower. I’m really frustrated they couldn’t fix my mower and they didn’t warn me this new mower would only last a fraction of the time. I probably wont by a Snow/Sun Joe product again until I feel like the company is more established so I can ensure I can get my mower repaired easily or they don’t move from making powerful tools to toy mowers.

Began correspondence 18 May 2023, support requested I send a short video of the leaking power washer. The 25th of May received notice that a warranty shipment number was assigned. Initially I thought they would ship a replacement unit, then shipping/ returning back defective unit, with box and packing material. Calling support number and waiting 30 mins, 1 June 2023. They wanted me to return the unit by UPS return label. I have no issue when pressure washer is operational. There is a lag time in following up with the customer. Returned the unit, pending outcome. Issue I live in a rual area box on hand is hopefully aquate.

It took a lot longer to get my replacement hose than expected but the customer service agent upgraded my replacement to a much more durable hose. I’m very pleasantly impressed and pleased.

The support team members that I had to talk to and deal with, in order to get our unit to be what I purchased. They were super helpful and understanding. They made an unfortunate situation bearable. Very good products, even better customer service. I had an issue with one of my oscillating sprinklers and the customer service agent was very professional, patient and helpful. Warranty replacement was very quick. Postage paid label, but had to pay for the packing/shipping box. Who keeps the original box after two years. Company representative was very helpful and polite.

I have already once had a hose replaced. When I called about the 25 foot hose that developed a very bad leak with no sign one the exterior of any damage at all, I was offered a replacement. That would now make 2 replacements. After talking with the agent, I went to roll up my 100 foot hose and wouldn't you know it, it had a small leak in it. At that point I am wondering why I should bother with this product any longer. I call customer service back and told him about my new problem. I guess for some reason I didn't register my 100 foot hose and therefore it couldn't be replaced. I understand that because it was my fault I forgot to register it. So, I did determine that your hoses are not dependable and cancelled the 25 foot that was being replaced. I told him I no longer wanted this type of hose. I have never had any problems with any other type of hose. I wanted your hose because it collapsed so nicely. So unfortunately, I can only give 1 star. Customer service is fantastic however, I took a big hit on the 100 foot hose (my fault).
