Today I received my package, and there were neither of the bonuses that were promised included. The figure I understand the reason, that I haven't gotten it yet as it was delayed worldwide, but the poster? There's no reason.\n\nAfter this I contacted support, to which they said \"This should have come with the poster. Please accept our apologies for this, unfortunately we do not have any stock of this left.\"\n\nBut since there was nothing on my package apart from the game how am I supposed to be happy with my order? I paid for a service, so I should get my bonuses.\n\nVery unhappy with the service. Terrible customer support."
