“I have previously purchased and used the Women's Transit Pant, Trailhead Hoodie, and Men's Elite 2.1 Jacket. This time, I ordered the Women's Refuge Pant. I bike commute to work daily (15 miles/day), and the Transit Pants fit well and held up for ~4 years, working well for wind and rain protection. The Refuge Pants also fit well so far, and the additional features are nice - zip vents, pocket, suspender option, reinforced seat (Transit Pants wore out in the seat first). Altogether, the Showers Pass gear does its best given the inherent compromises between fabric weight, cost, and water resistance. If I find something with similar fit but higher durability, I'll be tempted to switch, but for many people this gear is the right choice. Further, items ship quickly and the packaging is very thoughtful - things I very much appreciate.”

“I have to say that with a doubt the customer service is the best I have experienced in a very long time, most likely ever. I purchased a pair of Skyline pants way before Christmas as a presenet because they were on sale at the time. As it turns out the pants were a bit too tight for my brother, given that the return policy is 30 days, I was able to exchange them for differnet style at the pre-Christmas sale price. To me this is unheard of nowadays. Top it off I was not charged for shipping. To me, it says that the company is honest and truly cares about the customers, not just the bottom line. “Products seem to be very nice quality, though I haven’t been out to test them in foul weather yet. The sizing is confusing however. By the size chart numbers, it lists me as a small though I’m normally a medium pant. Recommend sizing up or trying on first.”
