“I loved both pairs of shoes ordered, but sadly neither fitted well enough. The chunky black loafers were too large, I could have used half a size smaller, but no half size available. The Brown pumps were very pretty and extremely comfortable, but gaped so much on both sides they looked sloppy and wrong before taking a single step in them.”

“It is a superb shoe thank you. Nice fit, quality manufacture and good looks, however, don't use Royal Mail for my future deliveries, as they were an absolute nightmare! On a more positive note do you sell the same shoe in brown? Thanking You William Paul Anderson”

“Theses shoes did not fit and I had to return them. I returned them on 19th Jan and have still not had a refund”

“Not sure if they sell safe and certified products I got DEK Arizona trainers and started to wear them this winter. I was shocked what happened to them after wearing 1 month in wet and cold weather. Some white substance started to get out of leather! I was wearing other brands same period and checked - our family all shoes were fine, only this pair was showing some strange white substance on top. I contacted Client Service of Shuperb asking to provide me with manufacturer contact as I wanted to check with them what was this white stuff. But they informed me that it is not their problem and they will not give me any information on the manufacturer (including who produced this shoes) due to GDPR. This is nonsense as information on producer should be public. It seems they have to hide something. Anyway I have now serious concerns about quality and source of their products.”
