Incorrect product arrived. Had to send 3 sets of photos over several days to prove it. No answer as to when I will receive the refund once they receive the returned pair. Won't buy from here again.

We did request images but not by way of proof, it was more because we wanted to look into this with supplier to find out why the design on the pair had been changed slightly. Ordered 2 pairs of mens brogues on offer. Arrived well packaged but 1 pair was faulty. Sent them by their returns portal explaining I needed replacement in a week as shoes were for my wedding. This did not happen I had to purchase elsewhere. I requested refund and only part was made I had to request a full refund! Terrible customer service did not believe even with photos that the shoes were faulty due to manufacturing fault. It has taken 3 weeks to sort out. Would not recommend at all. Was made to feel the damage was my fault when it was found to be manufacturing fault! Never again....awful company who have no regard for consumer rights. Update been added by company to revise the review to reflect positive feedback!

Boots I ordered were too small (a very small 7!) They’re on the way back and once checked I’ll hopefully be getting the next size up!

Shoes were not as comfortable as I thought they would be not like the ones I bought years ago which I found very comfortable I did wear them out as I was going out for the evening very uncomfortable at the moment they are in timpsons seeing what they can do with them I am very disappointed they hurt everywhere I will not be buying anything else from this website

Poor customer service. Item was delivered by the courier into my bin, but the bins were emptied so I didn't recieve the product. Shuperb said they needed to open a claim with the courier and it will take up to 30 working days to resolve, and refused to send a replacement product or give me a refund in the mean time. So I'm stuck in the middle with no product and out of pocket until Shuperb and the courier decide whose fault it is. Shall not be purchasing with them again

Hi David, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, if I may, we have dispatched the order which has since been marked as delivered by Royal Mail as per the tracking provided with a photo of delivery and GPS Scan. Whilst I am sorry you do not have the order, we do have to formally follow carrier protocols when delivery of an order is disputed. At this stage, we do need for Royal Mail to carry out an investigation on their end before we can proceed further but please rest assured we will have this resolved for you. My first time ordering from Shuperb and it will be my last. Product pages described the shoes as upper leather, so I ordered them. But I received shoes made out of man-made and I have returned them. Hopefully, my refund does not take until the end of time to process like other customers have experienced.

Shocking experience. Purchased a pair of school shoes for my young daughter. The coating started peeling after 8 days across the buckle. Customer service refused to do anything about it, saying it was due to scuffing. Shoes were not fit for purpose, customer service did not care. Dreadful experience, purchase elsewhere.

We have looked into the images provided; it is with regret that the nature of the issue here is due to abrasion and the shoes being scratched/scuffed against a surface, which has caused the material to come away. After purchasing a my shoe size 8 I wore them one day they must be small made as I had to loosing the laces as they were so tight I have had to purchase a new pair of shoes today £60 wasted

Shoes turned out to be too big so I need to exchange them but the process of exchange/refund is a rip off and not as per standard online shop policies. Read up before you buy from them

Returned my boots received confirmation on 12th January today is 7th February still no refund.. when contacted should be with you soon 26 days and counting .. far too long

Ordered a lovely pair of sandals for my granddaughter which didn’t fit so had to return them. Despite them confirming they received my return on 16.1.24 still not received my refund just fobbed off every time I contact them. Won’t use them again.

Ordered my boots on the 30th December received my boots were too small sent them back on the 6th jan and it’s now the 1st feb and still havnt received my refund !!!!!!!

I orded boots they got delivered pretty quick but sent them back on bout 9th jan it now 25th Jan still no refund iv rung them few times they keep saying 7 days not good enough am not happy I want my refund

Ordered Sketchers shoes for work. The wrong size was sent. Returned and requested a refund. Received at their company 4/1/24, processed on 9/1/24. Still awaiting refund on 23/1/24, despite emails to enquire why the refund is so slow. Definitely won’t use again. Slow and inefficient service even after the size error on their part.

Do not buy from this company, if you need a refund the time is 6 wks if you lucky and have saved a tracking receipt. Will never recommend or order again. charged to send back as well as delivery. Time consuming writing emails and phoning them. No other companies are like this!!!!!
