Ordered a size 6. When they arrived they were enormous - 30cm long! I sent them back asking for an exchange for an actual UK size 6 but they insisted they were a size 6 so took £5 from my refund. I have since ordered the same shoes from a different website in a size 6 and they’re perfect. I would advise you to try to find the shoes you want elsewhere.

Shoes that arrived were not the shoes I ordered and it took customer service a week to get back to me to say the shoes I ordered don’t exist !! First and last order with the not so Shuperb

Firstly I would like to sincerely apologise for the technical issue with the listing, upon investigation with the supplier, it appears Gabor has changed the colour of the newer stock to a darker shade, this is currently being corrected. If I may, the shoes do exist and we stock them in three different colours but it is with regret, that we did not have the specific shade you were looking for, we thank you for kindly bringing this to our attention. I have written regarding damage to shoes within a couple of months of purchase with normal wear and have had no reply, very disappointed

Terrible service , sent back for a change in size , no response of receiving the boots, only lots of wasted time in contacting them did they then no replacement sent as yet ! 3 weeks !

Fast delivery, however the shoes I ordered were returned. Using the I bought at the time of purchase. Confirmation that shoes have been received. Still waiting for my refund 2 weeks later???

I'm still waiting for a refund. I sent the shoes straight back but I haven't had an email to stay you have received them. I have a receipt for the postage.

Unfortunately the Trainer’s were not what i wanted . Retuned them on the 13th Feb still waiting my refund . Phoned poor customer service didn’t want to know . Still waiting for refund ..

Order was not delivered by Royal Mail. Signature was forged and parcel not received. I emailed customer service 10 days ago, I received a reply after my first email but I have now not heard from them in over a week and they have ignored my last 3 emails. Cost me over £120 and I have no product or refund. Would not recommend

The Mud dog boots were terrible quality- no grip to the sole in muddy conditions and so thin you could feel every bump on the path.

Not sure if they sell safe and certified products I got DEK Arizona trainers and started to wear them this winter. I was shocked what happened to them after wearing 1 month in wet and cold weather. Some white substance started to get out of leather! I was wearing other brands same period and checked - our family all shoes were fine, only this pair was showing some strange white substance on top. I contacted Client Service of Shuperb asking to provide me with manufacturer contact as I wanted to check with them what was this white stuff. But they informed me that it is not their problem and they will not give me any information on the manufacturer (including who produced this shoes) due to GDPR. This is nonsense as information on producer should be public. It seems they have to hide something. Anyway I have now serious concerns about quality and source of their products.

Dear Janine, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this. We are aware of this and have filed a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail. The parcel has been marked as delivered with a photo and a GPS scan provided on the tracking so we do have to let the carrier formally investigate. Rest assured we will get this resolved and be sure to provide an update as soon as we are able to but we do have to follow the official missing parcel protocols Royal Mail have in place when a parcel has been marked as delivered. Returned items as no longer wanted. 10 days later no acknowledgement or refund. What's going on here? Royal Mail tracking showing as received.

Didn’t look like picture completely different hat, sizing of hat wasn’t the usual Ugg size either east too big Had taken tags off to try hat on so unable to return ! Do not recommend

Soles have no grip whatsoever and they're very thin so you feel every bump in the track. I slipped several times this morning. How do I return as returns page says see returns page!
