“Was very disappointed with my order they are very small sizing, I ordered a size 6 as I’m usually 5-6 these were ridiculously small, more like a 3”

“Although my order arrived quite quickly, I was left disappointed by the colour of the shoes. I realise that colours wont match the web photos exactly, but the pair I recieved were practically a different colour. I enquired via what's of they were the correct colour. I was told that's how they come . Ox blood colour I believe to have a red colour that is noticeable. The shoes I had received were Brown. I have now returned them, and would have to carefully consider if I would use your company again. I feel I should have been offered another pair to compare the colour, but wasn't. Shame.”

“Poor customer service with representatives who didn’t answer questions and fobbed me off. I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the boots until 5 days later. At a minimum I should’ve been refunded for the extra delivery cost paid. The boots were as described but I’ll never shop with these people again because I have no faith they’d assist if a problem arose.”

“My FitFlop boots arrived safely, however they arrived without any insoles in, which is extremely disappointing. I’ve just ordered some insoles from FitFlop costing £20.00 + £3.95 p&p, so these have proved to be rather expensive boots!”

“The shoe I like but your packaging was the worst I have ever received, the original Cubana box was in a bad state literally sealed with tape honestly. I have bought Cubana boots and the packing was brilliant. But this one was a no no for me.”

“Unfortunately, these boots did not look like the picture. The leather on the top and at the back of the boot was wrinkled, it looked like they had even already been worn. I hadn't even tried them on and knew straight away I would send them back.”

“Was so excited to see that you stocked size 9 in these boots..its so hard to order 9s..unfortunately when they arrived they are not a 9!! Please your sizes aren't true, a 9 is a 43..I have had to return these and obviously choosing a different pair isn't an option as ur 9s will all be too small and are nearer an 8!!”

Dear Susan, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear the pair did not fit as expected, unfortunately, the sizing is what is given by the manufacturer and not set by us. We do find that all brands/styles can vary slightly with their fittings, Cipriata class the UK Size 9 pair as an EU 42 so I am sorry for any confusion caused here.
