Shoes arrived really quickly, hence the two stars but unfortunately they were not the same size as the same pair i already own in a different colour. They received the return the day after I sent them according to Royal Mail tracking but I only received the return confirmation two days ago dispite having them for almost a week. The refund will take 7-14 days but maybe even longer because they’re busy. Thankfully i always use Clearpay for companies I’ve never used before so I will be letting them know about the refund delay.

Unfortunately I did not receive what was described - it’s definitely NOT a slip on. It’s quite difficult to get it on in fact.

I have looked into the order and the pair ordered was the Skechers Go Walk Flex Lucy ladies Slip-On trainers black, the pair is specified as being a slip on style by the manufacturer and advertised as such. Staff very polite and efficient, but the boots were shop soiled; particularly the right one which was badly creased and the leather uppers were mismatched.

I ordered shoes one evening by express and they arrived next morning but unfortunately the shoes had been mispacked and were the wrong colour. I returned them the same day and tried to reorder but the firm could not guarantee delivery by express until 5 days ahead (as it was over a bank holiday) which was after we needed them. I requested a refund which came through quickly.

Was not happy with delivery service. Shoes were not despatched as promised. Delivery was very late. I had to return the item as I bought them quicker from another website for same price.

I loved both pairs of shoes ordered, but sadly neither fitted well enough. The chunky black loafers were too large, I could have used half a size smaller, but no half size available. The Brown pumps were very pretty and extremely comfortable, but gaped so much on both sides they looked sloppy and wrong before taking a single step in them.

Theses shoes did not fit and I had to return them. I returned them on 19th Jan and have still not had a refund
