I ordered a pair of school shoes for my granddaughter on 18th Dec. Shoes arrived soon after but found a random pair of patent shoes in the box...expected GEOX PLIE girls leather brogue school shoes. After a few emails the shoes were returned (postage paid by Shuperb) for replacement. Shuperb emailed on the 19th Jan (two weeks after posting) to say the shoes had been received...I was worried that they were lost. Still waiting for them to say the replacement shoes are on their way to us. If the box had been checked in December before despatch - then we'd have the correct shoes and not such a l-o-n-g wait for much needed school shoes.

My order was processed and about 4 days later I received an email saying the sale item was out of stock. Disappointing .

We had a stock issue with your pair, and our efforts to source a replacement from the supplier were not successful with regret. Delivery was good but sadly shoes didn't fit so product description is not great. The order process online was a bit clunky and I expected to get a free returns label but after many attempts of trying to place the order the free label didn't materialise. I hoped this wouldn't be needed as we hoped the shoes would be a perfect fit but sadly they weren't and now we have to pay for the return which is annoying and disappointing. Can't fully rate the company yet as return hasn't been processed.

We currently do not offer free returns but we do offer a prepaid returns label for £1 which can be purchased with your order and will cover any returns postage should you need to return an order. Slippers are lovely. Very disappointed about delivery. Expected them on Friday having paid for next day delivery. Received on Tuesday, with postage not refunded.

My boots were too large I returned them on the 29th and have requested a size 4 instead, but I have no confirmation or any emails.

Paid for one day delivery for holidays, received 3 days late so no trainers for holidays. Disappointed as I paid extra £12 for delivery.

Item arrived later than stated on 48hr tracked, customer service shocking. Informed had been sent, Royal Mail stated it hadn’t, then after ringing and stating Royal Mail has said it hadn’t been received. the next day, it was scanned 20 minutes away from shuperb base. Still awaiting envelope to return due to arriving to late. Would not order from again.

Unfortunately, you placed an order using the Standard Delivery option and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. If you need something by a certain date we do offer an Express Delivery Service you can select at checkout and would always recommend this. Although we did dispatch the order on time, we cannot control the scans of Royal Mail and they would scan the parcel at the nearest Mailing Centre at their convenience before sending the parcel to your local Delivery Office. We are offering you a free return and a refund as we appreciate the event has passed and you no longer need the pair.
