“Ive never had a problem with shoes. Having said this these shoes arrived promptly and l could not get my foot in them at all. Returned them within an hour of receipt. Still waiting for a refund.”

“Service was first class, ordered boots which arrived promptly. Problem was they were a different colour to the ones advertised on website, ones advertised were a cherry brown not light tan so i have returned them and am looking forward to getting my money back, would definitely use shuperb again thogh, good service, cheers Paul”

“Lovely boots. Sizing is wrong. Imagine size 4 and couldn't get my foot in it. Think it's a rocket dov thing as bought a pair a few years back and had same error.”

“Sorry but although the boots were as described, they didn't go anywhere near fitting me. So disappointed but managed to return them easily. Just awaiting my refund so I can look again! Thanks for super service.”

“Very small in size ordered a 6 too small and returning.orderd a 7 the box was battered no tissue inside the boots very poorly presented and again too small so will be returning them”

“Shoes arrived promptly but did not fit so I returned them on 4th December. Tracking shows that they were delivered on 6th December but it is now 15th and I have received no confirmation email from you. I would appreciate an update and refund from you. Thankyou”

“I really wanted to love these personalised socks but they were so cheap looking/feeling for the price , I was so disappointed when I opened them I dont actually want to gift them , packaging ok, socks just folded in the bag, no label etc , just a bit shoddy , getting my daughters from Etsy instead.”
