Easy ordering and delivery but unfortunately had to send back as the product was far too small. Returns and re-ordering was also simple.

Ordered 2 pairs of Skechers but unfortunately neither fit so had to return them both. I had email on 8th February to say they had been received back at Shuperb but I am still waiting for my refund as at 1st March 🙄

Received boots promptly but they didn’t fit . This was mid January. Returned quickly and on enquiring was told my refund was processed 1st February and could take 7-14 days . Still no refund. Very disappointing!

Boots seemed well made but I had a lot of trouble actually getting them on. Really difficult to pull over the heel. Didn't buy, returned.

The Gabor LOURDES Ladies Chelsea Boots are classed as Grey by the manufacturer, we only stock this pair in Cognac or Grey, our product catalogue does not have Black. Great price boots and love them but fit wasn’t right for me. Feel a little stung on the postage plus paying for a return label. My boots took a long time to be registered as returned after 2 weeks and Shuperb saying I need a tracking number which isn’t issues with return label 🤦🏻‍♀️all needed well with a refund but took longer than I’d hoped

Purchased these as they were advertised as wide fit. Unfortunately they were not wide fit and had to return. I have not had confirmation of receipt of return nor a refund.

In view of announced Royal mail strikes was disappointed that you used them for delivery. The slippers ended up sitting in a mail hub for nearly 2 weeks and were only just delivered in time for me to deliver as a Christmas gift

I like soft but this shoes is weighty and hard. I can’t walk properly. And this shoes put on and put off to do difficult for me.
