The hush puppies were very heavy more suitable for a man the colour was not what I ordered. But we'll made and good quality but not for me.

All brands and styles can vary slightly with their sizing which is set by the manufacturer and advertised as such. We have since spoken to you on the telephone and advised you on how you can return the pair, we also have a step-by-guide available on the website which guides you through our very easy returns process. Seemed very big for a size 4 so will be sending them back but they are lovely sandals

I bought these to replace my old easy b slippers size 8 which were super comfortable and just right, velcro becoming a little old. The new replacements are slightly smaller and hit the end of my toes. Also velcro straps are narrower and non-attached from the sole to the top, the previous was attached to the slipper right up the side, I am not wide-fitting but need this supportive style for my badly fallen arches. I'm assuming the straps now are designed for ladies with wide swollen feet but I'm finding them a nuisance and can't fasten up as securely as before. I fully appreciate that for ladies with wider swollen feet, they may be perfect.

Bought a pair of white Rieker mules which are rubbing on the left shoe i dont think these are Genuine as i have about 4 pairs of Rieker mules the same style and never had any problem

Dear Gemma, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear this, all Crocs have US Size embossed on the sole, the pairs ordered were the Unisex style and they are a Men's UK 3/Women's UK 4, this is why they say M3/W4, the EU Size is 36.5. Shoes were lovely but didn't fit so need to return. The reason for the lower star rating is that I paid for next day delivery well within the time requested but it didn't arrive until the day after. The tracking shows that, depsite the dispatch email during the afternoon, it didn't actually reach the postal service until 8pm which is too late for next day delivery.

Ordered extra width. Either extra width is not as wide as thought, or wrong width was sent. Still had to pay return postage, even though not my fault. Will not use again.

Dear Sandie, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you aren't happy with the way things went with your order. I've had a look into this, and I can see that the sandals you purchased do have a large fit and that the strap is adjustable which will allow further room if necessary. However, unfortunately we can't guarantee that it will be suitable for everyone with wider width requirements, and regrettably it wasn't right for you. With this being a fit issue we do follow our normal returns policy with regards to the cost of return postage, and so a deduction was made from your refund for the use of the prepaid returns label. You need to secure more sizes in stock. I had been waiting for months for my correct size to arrive but ended up having to buy the next closest size.

They look great and are comfy but I am trying to get in touch with them as one shoe feels wider across the foot, the leather on one strap has stretched already and they've only been worn a handful of times, and one squeaks a little when walking. And all issues are on right foot. Think possibly a bad shoe, but the WhatsApp link won't work for enquiries so at the moment I am stuck with a dodgey shoe...

The boots weren't packaged in their original box, I suspect I wasn't the first person to try them on. Apart from that, pretty much as expected.
