Item non returnable because i live in Italy. Had to pay 50€ on taxes without knowing it.

Dear Lorenzo, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience. I can see that your item was non-returnable because it had a customisation made to it at your request. Your location wasn't the reason, if your item hadn't been customised then you would have been welcome to return it. Unfortunately, EU countries are applying customs charges to deliveries from the UK. We don't have any control over this, and we do provide a warning to anyone outside of the UK that fees may apply before checkout. Best regards, James.

As I didn't hear the doorbell, I had to collect my parcel from the Sorting office. I went up to do this and found they were closed. I returned and finally got the parcel. Just as well I thought to take ID because even if you have the note the Postman left, I would have been unable to collect the goods, but hey you can't be too careful. Had I been refused because of ID I wouldn't have bothered with another collection because as you know petrol has gone up and the nearest place is about 3/4 miles away in a car and time consuming.

I was disappointed with the shoes. I have a tan pair of these shoes and the leather is a lot softer. These shoes also have what I consider to be a fault. The three lines on each of the shoes are different. Unfortunately i did not notice this until I was wearing them at a funeral otherwise I would have sent them back. Now I notice it all the time and haven't worn them since. I was going to contact you to discuss this. Not what I expected for Rieker shoes.

Beautiful green boots but ordered a size 8 and way too small and they dont do a size 9 so you must go up A size !!! So had to send back

I bought a pair of these boots in December 2020 and I loved them. Not only were they waterproof they fitted so snug and comfortably that it was like wearing a pair of cozy slippers. And the sole grip was excellent. Then a few weeks back they started leaking. Bummer, but they’d had a lot of use. So I ordered a replacement pair which arrived last week. I’ve worn these a few times and they’re just not as good I’m afraid. They fit me okay but the snug feeling and warmth is just not there. And the sole grip has been redesigned and it just does not......grip. Slip sliding all over the place. Shame.

Love, love, love these but they are on the big size. I thought they would be ok but wish I had sent them back for a smaller size.

Good delivery good product, but unfortunately returns are a absolute night mare. Would not buy again for this reason.

Ordered these boots after a recent fall, after which I broke my shoulder, so I’m not in a position to safely wander about in new boots atm! They took me a while to get them on with only one working hand and they are a very, very tight fit. If I was more able bodied, I think I would be tempted to return them due to their fit, but I was also put off by having to pay the return postage, not to mention how difficult it is to get them back in the packaging whilst manually impaired! So in essence - they look nice, but I hope there’s some give in the material that makes them more comfortable going forwards.

Very disappointed! As the ordering and delivery was excellent! But unfortunately sent the wrong size by 3 size difference (4 instead of 7) then when returned to exchange was told no size 7 available! Shame as the boots looked lovely.

Didn't spot the return small figure to add to the original order until I needed to return, not prominent enough. Second boots ordered were lovely, but not a lot of choice of special shoes/boots to be honest although would check out your webpage again. Out of pocket a long time as 10 day refund as I was also buying a replacement pair. It's usual to do separately by mail order but not such a long wait for the refund. Also too much information and rules to read through regarding returns, not sure I would have ordered if I had spotted them earlier. So overall good to very good, but not great.

These were a gift for my husband and initially he was very pleased as they are waterproof in the field for dog walking. However, we have been for a muddy walk today and he kept slipping. I then checked the boot and realized that there was no grip. He eventually fell badly in the thick mud. I will try to contact the company on this issue.
